Alive Together! Uniting to Prevent Suicide
Westchester United Methodist Church is a proud sponsor of Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services' Alive Together! - uniting to prevent suicide! This year's event will take place on Sunday, September 27th at UCLA - Wilson Plaza. As we get closer to the Alive Together! date, please check back - we will have our team information & donation information up and running!
On Sunday, September 27th, our worship time will be one hour later than usual so that Team Westchester UMC can attend Alive Together in person! We will meet at 11:00 a.m. in the sanctuary on September 27th.
Did you know that Pastor Lyda was awarded the Hero of Hope award by Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services for her work in suicide prevention and awareness?
100% of our Christmas Eve and Easter Offerings are donated to suicide prevention.
