IN PERSON WORSHIP ...
10:00 a.m. - In-Person Worship
Through our worship and music, we proclaim God’s love for all people. We work to help make the world a better place in which to live through partnerships with food distribution centers, mental health services, and other service organizations in the LAX area. We are a Reconciling Church, which means that we affirm and welcome all as beloved children of God. Our service is approximately one hour, children are welcome, and the sanctuary is wheelchair accessible. Street parking is available; we also have ADA parking in the back of the church.
We ask everyone to respect and follow our In-Person COVID-19 protocols for safety:
Masks are required for everyone over the age of 2 - we have disposable masks for adults and children in case attendees do not have one.
Individuals and families are encouraged to keep socially distant in the sanctuary and courtyard.
The Sacraments will be given in a contactless manner. Individual, pre-packaged Communion elements will be available upon entrance into the sanctuary on days when Communion is celebrated.
Offering plates will not be passed. There will be a space near the church doors where offerings may be placed.
Our expectation is that those entering the church campus will be vaccinated if eligible and able. If you have been exposed to COVID-19, or are experiencing a fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you immediately return home, follow the recommendations of the L.A. County Health Department, and worship with us on-line.
The Gathering at 6:30 p.m. on the First Wednesday of the Month
Through sacred moments of silence, scripture and music, we have the opportunity to re-set, re-charge and re-focus our awareness of the Divine Presence of God, always where we are at every moment. Quiet your mind, open your spirit and focus your heart on the 1st Wednesday of each month in the calming presence of God and Spirit. This meditative 50 minute service is a wonderful way to center yourself for the month ahead. Our next Gathering will be on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. Masks are required.
